Acceptable Use Policy

This policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to use of Expoalb accounts, workspaces, files, communications, integrations and AI-assisted features.
Use the platform lawfully and with authority
Only upload, process, share or act on information you are authorized to use. Do not use Expoalb to impersonate another person or organization, falsify compliance evidence, forge signatures or records, misrepresent government status, or certify work you are not authorized to certify.
No abusive, harmful or security-breaking activity
Do not probe or bypass access controls, obtain another customer’s data, distribute malware, interfere with availability, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, use stolen credentials, attempt unauthorized privilege escalation, or use the platform to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.
No spam or unauthorized messaging
Do not use Expoalb to send unsolicited marketing, misleading sender identities, harassment, or communications that violate applicable consent or opt-out requirements. Transactional and marketing communications should be kept distinct, and opt-outs must be respected.
AI output requires human judgment
Do not treat AI-assisted output as a substitute for official agency records, legal advice, professional judgment or required human certification. Review generated summaries, classifications and suggested actions before relying on them.
Government and compliance boundaries
Expoalb is not a government agency or law firm. Do not alter, hide or fabricate agency-source information to create a false impression that a violation, filing, certification or enforcement matter has been resolved.
Enforcement
Expoalb may restrict or suspend abusive use when necessary to protect customers, the service, third parties or legal obligations. Material actions should be documented and, where practical, tied to an identifiable administrator rather than performed silently.
This beta policy should be reviewed with qualified counsel before broad commercial launch and updated when Expoalb adds new communication, integration or automation capabilities.
