Using Expoalb

These Terms govern your use of Expoalb's property-operations platform, server-backed features and client-side document tools. If you use Expoalb for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the service for that organization and to provide, connect and process the data you submit.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access links secure and for activity performed through your account. Organization owners and admins can manage membership, integrations and workspace settings. Authorized members of the same organization may intentionally work from shared records according to Expoalb's access controls.

Customer data

As between you and Expoalb, you retain your rights in the business, property, document and workflow information you submit. You give Expoalb permission to host, process, transmit and display that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and operate the service and the features you choose. You are responsible for having the authority to upload, share, connect or process the data you provide.

QuickBooks and customer-directed integrations

If an authorized organization connects Intuit QuickBooks Online, you instruct Expoalb to access and exchange the QuickBooks data made available through the permissions you approve in Intuit's OAuth flow. Expoalb uses the official integration interfaces made available by the provider and does not require you to provide your QuickBooks password to Expoalb.

QuickBooks-originated information may be imported, matched and organized into Expoalb customer, property, unit, invoice and operational workflows. QuickBooks remains the accounting source for imported accounting records unless you explicitly initiate a supported write-back action. Expoalb will not silently delete QuickBooks records or use browser scraping as a substitute for the official API.

Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future Expoalb API access after authorization is revoked. Records already imported into Expoalb may remain in your Expoalb organization under the normal retention, export and deletion rules because those records may also be linked to work orders, evidence, properties, invoices or audit history. You may also manage or revoke third-party access through Intuit or QuickBooks controls.

Expoalb is an independent third-party product and is not Intuit, QuickBooks, or an agent or government affiliate of those services. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms, policies, availability and subscription requirements.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, when offered, are processed through Stripe and may renew on a recurring basis according to the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Available cancellation, renewal, proration and refund treatment depends on the checkout, Stripe Customer Portal configuration, applicable law and any signed customer agreement. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the current product behavior. Expoalb does not store full payment-card numbers in the application.

Acceptable use

Do not use Expoalb to process data you do not have the right to handle, violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, distribute malicious content, scrape connected third-party services, or evade service limits through abusive automation. Additional current restrictions are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Files, Vault and external shares

Client-side PDF tools and server-backed file features are different. Files you intentionally upload to the Vault, evidence workflows or other server-backed features can be stored for your organization and made available to authorized members. If you create an external share, anyone with an active share link may receive the access permitted by that link. Keep independent copies of critical records; Expoalb should not be your only repository for documents whose loss would materially harm your business.

AI-assisted features

Ask Expoalb and other AI-assisted features may use third-party commercial AI services to process the request and limited relevant context needed to perform the feature. QuickBooks-originated data may be processed only to provide the authorized customer's requested Expoalb workflow; Expoalb does not use that data to train a shared or general Expoalb model. AI-generated classifications, summaries and recommendations can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Consequential and uncertain matches should be reviewed before filing, certifying, paying, scheduling or otherwise acting on them.

Government, compliance and program information

Expoalb is not a government agency, law firm or substitute for a qualified professional. Government records, agency data, checklists, deadlines, forms, filing status and program information can change, be delayed, be incomplete or contain source errors.

Where Expoalb provides an official source link, sync timestamp or source attribution, use it to verify consequential information. Expoalb does not represent a violation, filing, certification or case as legally closed unless the relevant authoritative source supports that status.

You remain responsible for confirming legal, regulatory, brokerage, contractual and agency requirements and for required human certifications or approvals.

Availability and third-party services

Expoalb depends on third-party infrastructure, payment, email, AI, integration and public-data services. Those services can be unavailable, delayed, changed or revoked. Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, Expoalb does not promise a specific uptime, recovery time, government-data refresh interval or third-party integration availability.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Expoalb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable as the sole basis for a legal, financial, safety or compliance decision. Redaction, signing, document preparation and workflow tools are provided for convenience and do not themselves establish that a document, filing or signature satisfies a legal requirement.

Changes to these Terms

Expoalb may update these Terms as the service changes. When Expoalb requires acceptance of a new version, the product can require you to review and acknowledge the updated Terms before continuing to authenticated features. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the Terms being presented for acceptance.
