Pricing

Choose the Expoalb product you run. Then choose the tier that fits it.

Property Management, Contractor, Real Estate and Construction are separate Expoalb products. A customer account is created for one product and does not include a workspace switcher between the other businesses.

During beta, the tier structure below applies to the product you select. Product-specific paid pricing is still being finalized, so we will not charge or bundle another workspace without making that clear first.

What counts today

During beta, every operational location node counts toward the current capacity limit. A standalone property counts as one; a building and its managed units count as operational records. Documents, reminders, visits and AI actions are not separately metered.

What never becomes a unit

Customers, contacts and vendors are relationships. Importing or linking 2,000 QuickBooks customers does not create 2,000 billable Expoalb units. QuickBooks is tied to the number of accounting companies connected to the organization.

Free while in beta. Existing accounts will get notice before anything changes.
