Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective August 15, 2026 · Beta policy

This policy describes the billing controls Expoalb currently provides for paid subscriptions. It should be read with the Terms of Service and the plan information shown at checkout. If a signed customer agreement says something different, that agreement controls for that customer.

Subscriptions and renewals

Paid Expoalb subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The price, billing interval and amount due are presented in Stripe Checkout before purchase. A recurring subscription renews according to the billing interval shown at checkout until it is canceled. Expoalb does not store full payment-card numbers in the application.

Cancellation

Customers with a Stripe billing profile can use Expoalb Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal when that portal is configured for the environment. The portal displays the cancellation options and effective timing available for the subscription. If self-service cancellation is unavailable or fails, contact Expoalb Support before the next renewal date. Expoalb will not represent a subscription as canceled until Stripe or Expoalb confirms the cancellation.

Refund requests

Payments are not automatically refundable merely because a subscription is canceled. If you believe a charge was made in error, duplicated, or should otherwise be refunded, contact Expoalb Support with the account email, organization name, charge date and reason for the request. Expoalb will review the request and any applicable customer agreement, law and Stripe transaction record before deciding whether a refund is due. Do not email full card numbers.

Failed payments and access

If Stripe reports that a recurring payment failed or that a subscription is no longer in an active or trialing state, Expoalb may remove paid-plan entitlement while the billing issue remains unresolved. When Stripe later confirms successful payment and the subscription is active or trialing, Expoalb can restore the applicable paid entitlement. Data is not intentionally deleted merely because a recurring payment fails.

Taxes, proration and plan changes

Taxes, credits, proration, upgrades and downgrades are only applied when they are actually configured and displayed by Stripe or stated in a signed customer agreement. Expoalb does not promise a particular proration or tax treatment outside what the applicable checkout, portal or agreement shows.

This beta policy is intended to match the current product behavior. Expoalb should have final commercial terms reviewed by qualified counsel before broad paid launch.
